"Staff was excellent, food fantastic,quiet location and very clean. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Xi’an . I would like to personally thank the general manager for giving us a upgraded room , we really enjoyed it."

"Clean looking room, spacious, felt up to date. The negatives – despite non smoking room it stunk of cigarettes, had to open balcony doors – not ideal in February. Secondly, when arrived staff tried to say we had booking for two single twin rooms, despite clearly booking stating twin DOUBLE rooms – So either they are lying at the point of booking or staff at check-in are lying . Eitherway not what expect from this tier of hotel and left a sour taste in the mouth before holiday has started. "

"Room was clean. Proximity to the bell tower and the muslim quarter. Close to lots of restaurants and shops. Friendly staff, willing to assist. Has free afternoon tea. Our room has a strong cigarette smell though it was a non-smoking room so staff provided air purifier which gave some relief. Room has modern fixtures. "
