Horrible property not as described materially different from the advertising on the Hotels.com website. Hotels.com did nothing to support us during this travel after several complaints about the hotel being materially different from what was advertised refund process took weeks only for it to end in them saying they cannot do anything hotel is in the middle of nowhere it is not a deluxe hotel as described or as pictured and the hotel went further to change the pictures on the booking after I raised a complaint with the Hotels.com staff do not go to this hotel

Staying at James Joyce Coffetel Beijing Road Branch for my business trip was an excellent experience. It is conveniently located close to the metro station. The 24-hour front desk offers prompt, professional and thoughtful service. It delivers great value for business travelers, and I will book this hotel again for my next business trip.
