"Stayed at the hotel for a bit more than a week. Looks very nice aesthetically. Very nice and flexible cleaning staff...that's where the good parts end honestly. Checking in was difficult, the people at the front couldn't find my reservation and were skeptical that I actually booked rooms. "Amazing doesn’t even get you half way! This is an incredible hidden gem in Guilin. Nestled in the middle of the botanical gardens, this hotel is perfect! 10 stars! The staff is warm and welcoming and incredibly friendly and helpful, even for the non-Chinese speaking guests. The staff went above and beyond at every turn. "Great view, walking distance to everything and nice breakfast included. However their TV system didn’t work and not much channels to watch. Also they close the Gym and

all the time, and it is quite a hassle to call the staff to open it every single time you want to use it. "
