“An exceptional property in the old city. The staff were very helpful. We were greeted warmly, and treated with the utmost hospitality. The bed was quite firm but comfortable. The room, although small, had space to move and sit. The highlight was the bathroom and hot shower with good water pressure. Having also stayed at a comparable location within the city walls, I feel well qualified to say that this property is truly exceptional. I would stay here again without reservation.”

“This place is a gem inside the walled city of Itchan Kala. Everything looks pretty new or recently renovated. The room and other facilities are very clean, brigth, sunny and cozy. The air was fresh too. The highlight was the breakfast, served on traditional Uzbek china with a large selection of Uzbek cuisine. The place is runned by a lovely couple and their lovely sons. There is care and love in every single detail of this property. I highly recommend this place.”

“Estadia muito agradável no geral. O pessoal foi extremamente simpático e prestável. O pequeno-almoço tinha muita variedade e os produtos pareciam frescos. A localização é boa, a poucos minutos do centro, num sítio calmo. O quarto era confortável e a cama era firme, exatamente como gostávamos. A decoração do hotel é extremamente bonita e reflete bem a região, criando um ambiente acolhedor e típico. Em relação à limpeza, o quarto estava em bom estado.”

“オフシーズンで観光客自体が少ないせいか、ホテルの周りも人通りが少なかったです。施設の古さは否めませんが、スタッフのサービスが良くて満足です。ヒヴァ駅からは近いですが、旧市街(イチャンカラ)からは徒歩で十数分かかり、少し遠く感じました。”
