“Clean room, cool hotel, unique ”

“Fue una excelente experiencia , el lugar es muy limpio, tranquilo y la seguridad es algo muy importante para la administration del hotel. Las habitaciones son comodos y limpias el personal muy amable y atento, en mi opinion es un lugar muy recommendable para hospedarse y sentirse como en casa. La administration del hotel es un personal muy atento y estan muy pendientes de todo lo que nesecites, ofrecen muy buen servicio al cliente. ”

“Tienen problemas con el calentador de agua. Cada vez q me iba a bañar tenía q pedirles q revisaran el calentador. Habian fumigado dias antes de mi estadía y salieron cucarachas tanto en mi habitación como el pasillo del hotel. No es un hotel de lujo, pero si me sentía cómoda y segura. ”

“Yo visite Cali por tres dias , me hospede en este hotel precisamente, porque dice en su pagina que tiene servicio de recogida desde y hacia el aeropuerto. Despues de escrbirle a ellos para dejarle saber de mi llegada, como dice, la,pagina, y sin respuesta, nunca aparecio el servicio de recogida. Cuando llamo al hotel desde su telefono habilitado en su pagina , nunca hubo respuesta. Ellos, al llegar alli , alegan que ese no era el numero del hotel , o sea, la informacion del hotel no esta……

“Our stay at San Antonio Hotel was not what we expected but if you don't have the same expectations you may be ok staying here. The room was not fresh and modern... it could use some upgrades. The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned (there was hair on the sink and floor from a previous guest). The toilet seats (which we mentioned) were corroded and needed to be changed (unfortunately, the other room they offered us had the same issue so we did not change). However, the water pressure was great,……

“The stay overall was nice and the hotel itself is comfortable. However, I agree with some of the other reviews it feels like the hotel opened before everything was fully ready, there's construction happening currently. There’s no on-site restaurant, and there were no vending or ice machines available for guests, but there's few nice restaurants/spot to eat around it. In my case, I had just undergone a medical procedure and needed ice multiple times a day, which made things difficult. Delivery……
