「Yachats was a great little place for a week of quiet reflection. The weather was great and we had a front row seat for the angry sea ahead of a small summer storm.」

「This was the best choice we could have made. Hidden gem here. With a kitchen and a balcony overlooking the bay this could be one of the nicest places in Newport to stay.」

「Great place right on the ocean with amazing views, easy access to the beach and an outdoor fire pit. There is a fenced yard for our dog. Three useable bedrooms.. two baths. We created great memories. Deck and fence and front stairs are a bit rough… inside the home was clean and lovely. 」

「The house is an older house, but it is wonderfully charming. The best part of this property is location, location, location. It has its own private forest a big green yard fire pits barbecue. It’s amazing. You can walk to the dunes privately. Your dogs can run freely!And the owner of the property is a real great guy! I would recommend this property any time! Some reviews listed the driveway as an issue. It is not it is perfectly.perfectly fine. 」

「Great for small hangouts for a fishing trip over the weekend」

「We had an amazing stay. Jennifer was available to help in every single aspect she could from where to eat, entertain and transportation. Martha and the other staff went out of their way to make sure we had to great time on our vacation and it felt like home. Our meals were cooked fabulously and at the exact time we wanted them. Our laundry was done daily and the house was always cleaned. If we had a concern we addressed it was taken care of immediately. I would recommend this place and...

"The staff is so nice and wonderful, but the room is really not good. The room has a musty smell. And, I ordered a balcony room for the beautiful beach view. However, many people just smoked at their balcony. I can’t really enjoy the view outside. I paid over $300 for one night. It is really not worth the price. "
