Value for money

Location of this villa is quite some way out from the beaches and restaurants so a car is ideal as you may have to rely on taxis or buses or face a very long walk. Also given the proximity to the Montana Roja it is very dusty at all times and you can taste it in the air and see it within the villa and outside but you do get used to it. We stayed here for a month Jan -Feb 2025 only leaving recently. The villa is a little tired as is the furniture including the outside seating, but the kitchen is very well equipped for cooking in, the beds are comfy and the overall facilities very good for what we needed. If you cannot hire a car then I would suggest this is not the right place for you and could prove costly getting around even in Playa Blanca. For us it was ideal and we enjoyed the stay.

Apartamento grande y cuidado, pero con algún defecto

El apartamento está genial: limpio, cuidado, con equipamiento básico. Tres habitaciones, dos baños y un aseo, un salón y un súper patio (aunque debido al viento no hemos podido disfrutarlo). Pero: no hay lavavajillas a pesar de que en las características sí lo especifica. La cafetera italiana estaba sucia, con café y colonia de hongos. Afortunadamente, había otra cafetera de goteo. Se lo comunicamos a la propiedad (muy atenta y amable Guja) y nos aseguraron que lo arreglarían para los siguientes visitantes. La zona es súper tranquila, ideal para descansar. La valoración la dejamos en cuatro estrellas por estos defectos que, aunque menores, no dejan de ser una molestia.

Schön, schön

Prima Haus in abgeschlossenem Wohngebiet, gut ausgestattet, sauber, gemütlich: Gibt nichts zu meckern. 😀 Im Gemeinschaftspool waren wir nicht. Die Agentur war sehr schnell, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles schön, danke!
