Fantastic stay

We really enjoyed our 2 week stay at Villla Alegria. The location is quiet being on the edge of Playa Blanca and is only a 5min drive to Rubicón. Everything we needed was provided at the villa and the pool was great! We’d definitely look to come again.

A wonderful week

Had a lovely stay at Villa Algeria. The kids absolutely loved the pool and the mini golf - an inspired use of the gardens! The villa had everything we needed (although more than one plug socket in the kitchen would be a useful addition!) and was in a great location just a 20 minute walk to the beach.

Lovely stay, property as advertised

The property was lovely, just as advertised, and any issues we had (some plug sockets not working, and not enough crockery for 8 people) were dealt with promptly on the same day. Overall we were very happy with our stay, the mini golf was a great addition for our grandsons to enjoy and the adults in the evenings! The pool was cleaned regularly, and there were plenty of towels provided for all the family.

Great stay

Based on the price, this was excellent value for money and a really good villa. I do think you might struggle with any more than six people as a lack of room in the kitchen and cutlery et cetera could be a problem. A bit of a shame you have to pay €100 for pool Heating but I guess with the increasing electricity it’s understandable. There is a supermarket about 10 minutes walk which is very expensive and part of a hotel. However you can walk to the larger supermarket by the hotel in about 20 minutes. All in all great location.

Beautifull villa with large garden

We had 9 days in Aril/May in this beautifull villa. Very special were the six midgetgolf tracks. We enjoyed the every day. The villa was very well taken care off.

Nice villa in a good location Needs some attention in some areas and if it is to ve described as magnicent then it needs to have an upgrade on equipment. No barbque equipmentv, only 4 place mats and no drinks coasters despite most tables being varnished wood coasters

Nice Villa

We really enjoyed our stay. 20-30 mins walk to town/beaches but a nice walk. The property has 2 bedrooms in the basement level with a bathroom and a big sitting area, 2 further bedrooms on the ground floor one with en suite and another bathroom. The villa is a bit tired in places, could do with some new outside sitting/dining furniture. The pool wasn’t cleaned during our stay. We called with a couple of issues, leaky tap and outside shower not working but maintenance never turned up. The outdoor space is fantastic and private, couldn’t play some of the holes On the golf course as trees/plants overgrown. Overall we had a great time and the villa was as advertised, would recommend.

schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage, Mängel im Detail

Leider wurde der Pool erst ab dem vierten Tag und Diskussionen beheizt, obwohl das kostenfrei mitgebucht war. Das Haus hat eine gute Lage in einer ruhigen Siedlung, ist insgesamt gepflegt und mit schönem Pool, Garten und einer Minigolfanlage mit 5 Bahnen ausgestattet. Mit einigen T Investition würde die Ausstattung auch angemessen sein. In den Wintergarten regnet es rein, die Stühle am Esstisch sind völlig ausgesessen und hart, einige Steckdosen sind außer Funktion, die Küchentüren klemmen, das Besteck ist uralt, der Flaschenöffner gebrochen, die Pfannen hängen an, die Spülmaschine ist verrostet und der Kunstrasen verschlissen. Leider waren Geschirr und Töpfe nicht sauber. Für mehr als 4 Personen reicht die Küchenausstattung kaum. Die Pooltücher waren muffig und mussten erst gewaschen werden. Im Garten könnten die vielen abgestorbenen Pflanzenteile entfernt und die Liegen getauscht werden. Dann wäre das Haus eine top Empfehlung. Leider war Dreamhomes über das Wochenende weder auf der regulären Nummer noch auf der Notfallnummer erreichbar. Fehler können passieren, statt einer Diskussion wäre einfach nur eine Entschuldigung und eine Behebung des Mangels angebracht...Folgender Tipp:- Küche tauschen, gescheiten Herd und Geschirrspüler einbauen- neue Stühle im Wintergarten- Kunstrasen tauschen- neue Küchenausstattung- Fliegengitter anbringen- Gärtner einmal durchschicken- Dach des Wintergartens/ Esszimmers abdichten- Pool rechtzeitig beheizen- Liegen/ Auflagen tauschen

Großes Haus mit tollem Garten

Wir haben uns in der Villa Algeria sehr wohl gefühl. Wir waren mit 3 Generationen dort (kleine Kinder). Das Haus ist gut geschnitten und aufgeteilt. Die vielen Bäder sind toll. Die Küche hingegen ist recht klein und die Ausstattung nur ausreichend. Da hätten wir uns mehr gewünscht. Einziges an Material musste wir zukaufen, weil es zum Kochen fehlte. Dafür ist der Garten sehr groß und hat insbesondere unseren Kindern viel Freude gebracht. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt, was uns gut gefallen hat. Insgesamt ist das Haus für Familien sehr zu empfehlen. Auch aufgrund der Nähe zum Strand. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Trevligt insynsskyddat boende.

Huset är som det beskrivs i annonsen. Vi uppskattade att området var tyst och att tomten var mestadels insynsskyddad. Trevlig bonus att det fanns lite frukostmat inhandlat så vi klarade första frukosten! Utemöblerna är rätt slitna och skulle behöva lite översyn, som det tyvärr ofta är i uthyrningshus, men den uppvärmda poolen är fantastisk att ha! Det saknades handdukar vid incheckningen men det löstes efter ett telefonsamtal. Vi hade ganska mycket myggor i huset vilket förvånade oss på en så blåsig ö, så myggnät hade besparat oss en hel del bett. På det stora hela var det en mycket trevlig vistelse!

Family week away

Villa is a nice size in a reasonably quiet location. Bit more of a residential area so you do get residential noise but nothing drastic. Not much local to the villa most stuff a 15 minute walk or short taxi ride away. Villa was very clean and a pleasant place to stay. Like most villas we have rented there are a few niggles that with a bit of tlc could be easily resolved but clearly don’t ever get done. Playa Blanca is a favourite of ours and we have had lots of lovely holidays there. Bit more low key than some places so if you like a banging time it’s probably not for you. All in all a lovely trip

Excellent for a family holiday

Stayed here with adult children and their plus ones - the layout of bedrooms and bathrooms gave everyone space. Lovely big garden with clean pool and mini golf was a lot of fun. Communication and response time from the management team was really excellent. Bit short on cutlery and glasses when we arrived, but we asked for more and it arrived immediately. It's not the most up to date villa in terms of bathrooms and furnishings, but that is reflected in the fair rate charged. Most importantly, we all agreed the beds are very comfortable. It's an easy 15 min walk to the best beach in Playa Blanca, and there are plenty of e-scooters around if you don't want to walk. Would recommend and would stay there again.

Villa Alegria - Perfect

Villa Alegria is tucked away in a quiet residential street. The villa furniture is quite old and dated, however, it had everything we required and we felt very at home during our stay. The pool and sun loungers were excellent and the garden is huge and has complete privacy. As there was only 2 of us, we didn't use the downstairs area so can't comment on the basement facilities. We enjoyed a very relaxing 7 days in a nice villa, fantastic pool with great weather. We would highly recommend Villa Alegria and can't wait until we return. Special mention to the Dream Homes Team (Guja and Raul) who were excellent in sorting out an issue with the villa alarm and wifi for us. Also a huge thanks for the welcome pack which consisted of bottled water, milk, and food in the fridge. It was very welcome and meant we didn't have to visit the shops to stock up immediately. A very nice touch. Everything was great and I'm only suggesting superficial improvements:- Aof some of the furniture in the villa, including the TV in the main living room. A dressing table underneath the mirror would be useful in the main bedroom.

Una villa que nos dio Alegría

Gustó · La villa es genial, con un jardín muy amplio. Muy luminosa. Todo muy limpio y el estado del mobiliario en general es muy aceptable. Una casa bastante grande para estar hasta 8 personas cómodamente aunque la cocina se quedaría muy justa para tanta gente. Nosotros éramos dos y una de las plantas ni la pisamos. El trato con la propiedad, perfecto con atención inmediata y facilitándonos soluciones a nuestras peticiones. Gracias Guja! Debían haber venido a mitad de la estancia a limpiar la piscina y cambiar toallas pero no vinieron, si bien es cierto que coincidió dos días de festivo, quizá fue por eso. En nuestro caso no fue grave ya que la piscina estaba limpia y había toallas en todos los baños con lo cual tuvimos suficientes. Imagino que si nos hubiésemos quejado hubiesen venido a limpiar.
