Villa Roca Negra is a delightful 3 bedroom property within a 5 minute walk from the commercial centre and a natural pebbly beach. The house is located in the residential area of Los Coloradas in Playa Blanca, with the resort centre and fantastic beaches, including the breath-taking Papagayo, just a short drive away. Back at the villa you will have stylish interiors and a pleasant outside area. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge, a heated pool and WiFi are included.

The villa is in a residential area of Los Coloradas, Playa Blanca, with the commercial centre a few minutes' walk away. Here you will find a supermarket and a couple of snack bars/restaurants. The pebbly and unspoilt Los Coloradas Beach is just a 5 minute walk away and the fantastic beaches of Playa Dorada and Papagayo are within a short drive. What's more, the fashionable Rubicon Marina is 5 minutes' in a car and Playa Blanca Centre is a few minutes further.

Main pool: 7 x 3.5 mtr, 0.7 - 1.6 mtr depth.

Pool heating is not available during July and August.
