A modern private villa,situated on the peaceful residential area of Parque Del Rey,just 15 minutes walk from the beaches,restaurants and shops of Playa Blanca town centre.The villa has its own electrically heated pool,which is surrounded by a South facing,private sun terrace,and traditional Spanish BBQ.There is an alfresco dining area,with pergola roof,to really enjoy those warm evenings.

The villa is furnished to a high,modern standard throughout,and features high domed ceilings for a cool and spacious feel.
There are comfortable,twin leather sofas,LED smart TV,and WIFI in the lounge.
A fully equipped kitchen,with dishwasher,washing machine,full size fridge/freezer.
Master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed,and fitted wardrobes,with a safe.Air-conditioning available on a coin operated basis.
Bathroom has a large shower,vanity and toilet.
Secure off road parking.
A welcome pack consisting of a bottle of Cava,water,milk,tea and coffee on arrival.
Pool Heating is an extra charge during winter months.
A perfect retreat for a couple.(two guests)

La casa muy cómoda, con todo lo necesario. El exterior fantástico, con un espacio protegido del viento, tumbonas, barbacoa y la piscina climatizada, con una temperatura perfecta aún siendo meses de invierno. Destacar también la comodidad de recoger y dejar las llaves de forma autónoma en el cajetín de la puerta. Totalmente recomendable. La propietaria siempre pendiente de cualquier detalle. Lovely villa , ideal for us as a couple but also completely suitable for a family of 4. Well equipped with everything you could need. The villa is situated in a quiet area and is a gentle 15 minutes walk from the centre of Playa Blanca so perfect for our holiday.

A lovely peaceful week spent at Villa Lucinda. The pool was a perfect temperature and we ended up spending a lot of time in it. We hired a car but found it only a 15 minute walk into the town and a 4 taxi back from the rank, so only used the car for day trips out or to go to the supermarket.A highlight was the open air dining area which was sheltered and kept most of the wind away and was perfect for eating and sundowners.A brief issue with the pool cover was sorted very promptly by the maintenance company and all in all it was a very comfortable stay and we would definitely stay again.

Wonderful villa

Lucinda’s villa is just incredible- airy, spotless and peaceful. We loved the pool which was a good size. Loved the seating area outside. The location is perfect. 15 mins approx to the town with lots of bars and restaurants. The marina area is further but still walking distance. We would definitely recommend this villa …. We are missing it already ! Thanks Lucinda

The villa looks tired both inside and out. Some of the kitchen drawers were broken and there was pealing paint. The pool wasn’t very clean and became cold part way through our stay. Both improved once the pool man had been mid week. Communication was great before the start but not so good when we had a problem.We’ve stayed at other villas in Playa Blanca which were amazing.

Excellent Villa in great location

Lovely clean villa with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Location is great, 15 min walk to centre. The villa itself is in a nice quiet area so perfect for chilling out. The outside area is lovely and the pool was a perfect temperature for having a dip to cool down. The terrace gets the sun all day and there is a shaded area for when it gets too hot. We booked last minute and the process was very simple. Directions and keycode made accessing the Villa very easy. We travel to Lanzarote a few times a year and this is now one of our favourite villas to stay in. We will definitely book to stay here again.

La villa ben curata, in particolar modo nella zona esterna. La piscina è ben tenuta e anche la sala pranzo fuori e strutturata in modo da contenere il vento che è una costante piacevole dell'isola. Relaxing week at Villa Lucinda

Second stay at Villa LUCINDA, lovely compact villa that has everything you need. Only the main bedroom has aircon but there is a fan if you need in second bedroom. Lovely pool and pool area. Short walk to the main sea front area with shops and restaurants. Good beaches close by and easy guaranteed parking areas if driving. Good communication from host, easy check in procedure and local management company if you need them. Had een iets beter onderhouden huis verwacht, niet voor herhaling vatbaar

Het was niet super slecht maar naar aanleiding van de gasten reacties en omschrijving op de site viel het me tegen dat het huis zelf, slecht is bijgehouden qua onderhoud aan ramen, deuren, keukenkastjes enz enz. En wat betreft de bedden die waren schoon en de kwaliteit van de bedden was ook goed, maar ik zou zo in deze staat, mijn huis nooit willen verhuren. Er moetbecht hard nodig groot onderhoud en een grote grondige schoonmaak gehouden worden Ik ben misschien verwend, maar had gehoopt dat alles een beetje “frisser” was en beter verzorgd was geweest.

Lovely home from home

We've really enjoyed our stay here, it has everything you need, and is close enough to the supermarket and restaurants for a short walk. Really pretty surroundings. Lanzarote is now our favourite place. The garden is private and a sun trap, sheildong from any of the winds.
