“We have been to this resort a number of times. It's certainly the best for comfort and location. Everyone is very friendly. It's a shame there is no aircon in the lounge area of the villa, however it is provided in the bedroom. I can't recommend this resort enough.”

“The villa was spotlessly clean and well presented. It was ideal for the wife and I and this is our second visit. The pool is well heated and a pleasure to get into. Used it everyday. One small fault, the curtain in the main bedroom by the pool is too thin. A thicker curtain would be excellent. Other than that I recommend this villa. ”

“Just back from an incredible stay! Villa was spotless on arrival. Great communication with host. The amazing Jodie made accommodations for us to store luggage and return left property. “It was just as pictured! The pool was amazing, the view was outstanding, the space inside was just perfect.Stayed here as a family of 4 with our friends so between us there were 7 of us including the 3 children! It was ideal for all of us to be together but have our own space when needed.We were able to walk to beach and get a taxi back which wasn’t expensive. Restaurants a plenty down by the beach.Carlos was just the best host, no issue went unresolved - not that we had any big issues I must……

“Utopia is excellent, it's clean easy to find, easy check in and near all the Playa Flamingo facilities. The pool is perfect for the kids to play in and there was plenty of space for a family of 6 or more. If you rent a car then you can get to the beaches of Papagayo and all the other attractions Lanzarote has to offer but if you prefer to walk then Playa Flamingo is an easy walk away as are 2 of the water parks. We travel with our autistic son and this villa was perfect with surrounding walls……
