“Our stay was fantastic in every way. The property itself was excellent - very well presented, very clean, and accurate to the photos. You can't beat the location - the town and beach are both two blocks away. And the owner was a pleasure to deal with - very flexible with check-in and check-out, very helpful, and very communicative. We wouldn't hesitate for a second to stay here again.”

“Everything was how I pictured it would be. The only negative would be that the stove wouldn’t work. I’m sure it was just the pilot light but I didn’t come prepared to light it. Bought a lighter and had to light the burners each time I used the stove. I did not know how to light pilot for oven. Would definitely recommend your cabins and I would stay again.”

“My daughters and I decided last minute to take a little break for my youngest daughters and I's birthday. They chose this cute little home and it was cute and simply beautiful. We didnt get a chance to use the golf cart, but utilized the hottub while we were there. Note than pleased with the size of the place and the quite neighborhood. Highly rate this place in this cute little town. Thank you!”

“Property manager was awesome and very attentive. Was looking for a calm, quiet, peaceful place that was next to the lake. This trip was a gift to myself. Traveling by myself, I felt extremely comfortable and safe. Loved the large porch with table, and the customized welcome sign next to the front door. As soon as I walked in, I lit up with excitement. Everything about the place was inviting and gave me that warm, at home feeling. Pictures posted are accurate and up to date. I would definitely……

“The house was clean and stocked with everything you could ever need. We loved it!”

“Rustic is the keyword. Uneven floor/foundation makes walking awkward, especially for older folks. But they have a very well stocked kitchen and lots of extras, including coffee pods for the Keurig! Washer and dryer is a great plus. A welcome manual would help with info about TV, hot water, beach parking and WIFI. A little TLC would go a long way to fix this place up but we had a good stay. Property owner is quick to respond.”

“We had an awesome time. We ordered pizza from Sweetwater and enjoyed it on the patio overlooking the water …what a view! We also had Joyce come out and teach us a craft which was very fun. Saturday for lunch was chicken from Jeff’s delicious. Over all all 9 of us enjoyed our stay and loved the place.”

“It was our second time staying at the property. Loved the comforts the cabin provided. Very clean, quiet, comfortable. Its not far from town but still private. Great outdoor space provided with plenty of things to do no matter your age. Just a great place to stay ”

Lots of love…that’s what it’s been given. The view of the lake from the foyer with its many windows is lovely as you sit at the beautiful little antique table and take it all in…”

“We greatly enjoyed our time here. As soon as we walked in, it felt like home. The home is very roomy and yet, very comfy. Plenty of sleeping areas, entertainment areas, provided everything needed for a great family getaway. Firepit and being steps away from the lake with breathtaking sunrises was a plus - the memories made, were unforgettable! Host is very responsive. I had several questions as we weren't familiar with the Lexington area and she was very accommodating with lots of suggestions……

“What a cute cabin. Great view of Lake Huron from the screened porch and just a short walk to the beach. This was in a good location for us to explore the area and was just north of cute Port Sanilac.”

“We love the Lake Huron/Thumb area. The lake is peaceful and so many cute hidden neighborhoods. This cottage is perfect for a getaway. Open floor plan and plenty of space for everyone.”

“We would have rated this higher had it not been for the undisclosed video surveillance. At least 3 cameras outside-which are allowed if properly disclosed. But most bothersome is the indoor camera in the Lakehouse (just one-as far as we could find). When we contacted the host about the camera concerns we were told that 1) she didn’t feel the need to notify us since she received an alert that we unplugged it-thus we “already knew about it”, 2) the indoor camera was there since there were……

“I stayed here to visit with family in town so I didn't spend a lot of time in the room. That being said, the room was VERY clean and comfortable. I literally did not want to get out of bed the first morning! My only complaint would be that there wasn't enough towels for a multiple night/person stay. They only clean every few days (which is fine and I could have called the office for more) but please leave enough towels initially. I didn't eat the free breakfast so I can't comment on that. I……
