A lovely retreat to get away from the world.

Very clean, lovely, quiet hotel. Lovely staff, delicious food. We were lucky to dine in the Restaurant and experience not only great food, service, ambience but also a guitarist singing songs. So lovely. There is a lot to do in the hotel, there seems to be everything to have yourself a wonderful holiday. Great price also.

This hotel was highly rated so we booked it. However, at the current time it was not cleaned well. The floor of the restaurant at breakfast had broken glass (from the previous night perhaps) and all sorts of rubbish. The carpet in the corridors had not been cleaned; the windows were dirty. The reception area was dark and unwelcoming. Little touches could improve it significantly.

Ok for the night

Breakfast was not good at all. Little choice and served like a primary school canteen. Location not good there are better hotels in Yalova centre or Termal you can go to. You need to wear a swimming hat in the pool which is not advertised. Bed comfortable though and room a good size. Decor needs some tlc, the bathroom especially. It clearly hadn't been looked at since the hotel was built. Personally I would not stay here again.

Fiyatına ve Yıldızına değmeyen konaklama

Yalova’nın termal bölgesinde, yüksek ücretli ve dört yıldızlı bir otel olduğu için burayı özellikle tercih ettik. Balayı süiti seçip daha fazla ödeme yaptık ancak verdiğimiz paraya kesinlikle değmedi. Odanın kliması çalışmıyordu, üç kez görevli çağırmamıza rağmen sorun çözülmedi. Gece yarısı tekrar aradığımızda çözüm olarak bizi standart odaya alabileceklerini söylediler fakat ödediğimiz farkı iade etmeyeceklerini belirttiler. Bu hiç adil değildi. Sonunda gece 2’de klimayı düzeltebildiler ama o saate kadar uykumuz defalarca bölündü, dinlenmek için geldiğimiz yerde rahat edemedik. Çalışanların güler yüzlü ve samimi olduklarını teslim etmek isterim; fakat sadece güler yüz yeterli olmuyor. Ne yazık ki çözüm çok geç geldi, masaj hizmeti de beklentimizin oldukça altındaydı. Ayrıca banyo ürünleri konusunda da büyük hayal kırıklığı yaşadık. “Kremli şampuan” adı altında verilen ürün, aslında duş jeliyle aynıydı; saçta hiç köpürmedi ve kullanımı saça zarar verdi. Aynı sıvıyı jakuzi köpüğü olarak da koymuşlar. Bu konuda herhangi bir açıklama veya bilgilendirme yapılmaması, dört yıldızlı bir otelden beklenmeyecek bir durumdu. Genel olarak, hem fiyat hem de hizmet açısından bu otel beklentimizin çok altında kaldı.

17 mayıs tarihinde 1 gece kaldık. Odamız gayet bakımlı geniş ve temizdi. Spa yı kullandık. Sicak havuz biraz daha büyük olsaydı süper olurdu. Jakuziden faydalandık. Ağrılarımiza gayet iyi geldi. Hamamı, saunasi, tuz odası ve Hamamı iyiydi. Sabah kahvaltısı ve akşam yemeği güzeldi. Lezzetli ve bence yeterliydi. Otel çalışanları ilgiliydi özellikle rezervasyondaki Berfin Çelik hanım çok tatlı ve güler yüzluydü. Ayrıca oda konusunda yaptığı jestten ötürü Ayrıca tekrar teşekkür ederiz.

Otel sessiz sakin odası rahat havuzu sıcak. Ama bu güne kadar ki 4 yıldızlı kaldığım oteller arasında en kötü yemek servisi bu oteldeydi. Yemekleri standartın altında 2 gece konakladım, yemeklerinin lezzetini beğenmedim.
