Our room was spacious and clean. The staff were always polite and courteous. The included breakfast and free parking were a big plus too!

The good balance between service and quality.

Typical hotel very central. The room is clean and in a good condition, exactly as on photos. Hotel located very central and easy to walk from the train station.

The room is spacious, clean, and the building looks on the newer side. Just steps from Tendo station (you can see the hotel from the train). A few (but not many) dining options within walkable distance. If all else fails, there's a 24-hour convenience store nearby. Breakfast buffet has a great selection. Would definitely consider staying again.

近くの駐車場を無料で利用できました。観光では無かったのですが、イモ天が車で5分位だったのでちょっと寄ったり出来ました。スタッフさんの感じも良く、気持ち良く宿泊出来ました。朝食の際、プレートのみでトレイが無かったので、箸とか片手で持ったままだったのでおかずが取りにくかったのが残念でした。皆さんそうしていたので私だけ取り忘れでは無かったと思います。スクランブルエッグが美味しかったです。

スタッフの対応はまずまず。日中でも利用できるドリンクサービスがありよかった。ベッドがセミダブル仕様でゆったりできて快適でした。残念ながらエアコンが稼働している時の音がうるさく、夜中に稼働させるのをためらってしまうほど。寒かったけれど。
