「The cottage has everything a family needs but the communications around check-in was very poor and hotels.com's customer service was unwilling to provide any assistance. I would have thought some level of quality control helped justify hotels.com's commission. Either way, the cottage is managed by the building next door and this is where you need to go to collect the key. 」

「施設自体は凄い良かったです。ペット(小型犬)も一緒でしたが庭で凄く楽しそうに走り回ってたので人間も犬も満足です。ただし近場に飲食できる場所はないので、事前に周辺をよく調べて対応するか、台所もあるので食材を準備しておいた方がいいです。」
