"チェックイン時にマシーンを使ってお客様にやらせ、何のウェルカムも感謝の言葉もないのはどうかと思います。 何かと入力したり確認したりする事項が多く、それをお客様にやらせること自体納得がいきません。 さらにチェックアウト時もカードキーを入れるだけで、フロントには誰もスタッフがいなく、ホテルからの感謝の言葉も一切なく、最初から最後までとても悲しい滞在になりました。 部屋にはスリッパがないことも残念でした。 そしてタオルは何年も使ったかのようなボロ雑巾のようなタオルで、とても気持ちが悪かったです。 朝食も可もなく不可もなく、その割にはとても高く、これもまたとても残念でした。 ..."
