This property is part of a larger five bedroom home, however we lock off the downstairs three bedrooms to offer a smaller configuration at a cheaper price point.

Guest Access:
Access the property whenever suits you with a lock box located on the premises. There is an undercover carport space for your vehicle or boat and additional space for one vehicle to park behind in tandem in the driveway. Link St is a quiet street with plenty of free and unlimited additional on street parking.

The Neighborhood:
Sunset Retreat is located in the centre of what the locals refer to as 'The Hill'. It's walking distance to all Yamba's five beaches, the golf course and the vibrant centre of town.

Getting Around:
Once you park your vehicle there will be little need to take it out again. Sunset Retreat is approximately a 450m walk to Main Beach and 700m to the Pacific Hotel. It's a 650m walk to the centre of Town.
