“The hotel is clean and spacious. The room is a Japanese style one. It is comfortable and clean. The spring is clean and comfortable too. Dinner’s food and environment is good but the breakfast is suitable for vegetarians (nearly no meat) and is not tasty. There is a free children game area in the lobby. “Located at the hilltop, the ryokan gave us serenity and calmness. I particularly loved the big terrace on the 1/F where we could see the city lights. Staff, Manager in particular, were extremely helpful. Dinner and breakfast were nice. ”

“Almost perfect. Staffs are not good in english but very engaging. We can communicate with google translate very well. Onsen is amazing. Room is huge with two sinks in the bath and seperate room from the toilet. Two little things that could get better is the place of towel and onsen clothes are somehow in the draw under the television. Which I found it weird. Also the tap in the sink is other way round which you press downward for water and close upwards.”
