Well at least let them know that they appreciate people that stayed there. is more than just staying in a room to bring business interact with your guest. Let them know what they do and don’t like to bring in more business. go the extra step or the extra mile that’s what normal people would do.」

「I use a wheelchair. The parking was close and made it easier for me. The room was spacious. I was happy to see that the bed was a regular height not high like the trend now in many hotels.」

「the room was good, the HVAC didn't seem to be responsive to the thermostat. For a handicap room the door closure was too strong (exceeded code i think) the pool was alittle cool and the hot tub good, but could use some window film or shades for morning use. Staff were excellent ! (all staff including maids) Thanks for a great visit ........」
