“The front desk has excellent English skills and are willing to go the extra mile just to make your stay more comfortable. Service was prompt and staff were attentive to guests. They have a snack bar from 2-5pm daily and a free flow happy hour by the pool everyday from 5-7pm. Great place to chill with the family, honeymooners or just with a bunch of friends. Definitely worth its place on one of the best resorts in Myanmar. Well done!”

“Clean modern hotel, great staff. Sometimes they couldn't understand me, but then they would call in someone who could speak better English. I stay here four days, took a trip the staff helped organize and then returned to this hotel till I left Mandalay. I started walking around the area. Stores and restaurants were close so I could avoid the healthy taxi prices when I was hungry. The road is torn up in front of the hotel but I feel sure it will be reapaired eventually. Try the shaved ice cream……

“I stayed here for 23 nights. their service was impeccable! The room was big and nice, the staff was extremely friendly., but unfortunately was not able to spend much time in the lounge, skybar and swimming pool etc. , however I was very happy to spent my holiday and business time there. (hotel may need to improve one thing, Mosquitoes were a bit more)”
