“The Ibis was an incredible deal for the money. The room was clean, comfortable, and modern. The staff was very helpful. Bus stop and DiDi pickup right by the hotel. Subway is a bit of a walk. ”

“The hotel is spacious but a bit dated. The air conditioning has been tuned in to heating mode and cannot be changed to cool air so I was way too warm and did not have a good night sleep. The bathroom is big but there is a distinct smell of drainage. Breakfast was average. Check out seemed to take longer than usual but staff were helpful. However there didn't seem to be anyone at the concierge helping with taxis. I would probably choose Westins during my next trip to Xi An. ”
