"The hotel is not as new. Afterall, its been aound for some years but still clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and professional. Was warmly welcome by Xiao Teng at front desk. She was jovial and well trained. Everything was great. Key card did not work at first. A replacement card was delivered by a robot right away. I was pleasantly surprised by the hi tech logistics. "

"It’s was fun birthday staycation to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Little surprises prepared by duty manager Alison was lovely and made my daughter feel very special. Overall service at Four Seasons is top notch! But on a negative side note, Melody from the 6th floor breakfast buffet was a bit curt and rude when she thought I didn’t understand Chinese said “搬桌子，这么麻烦！” right in my face when Bill (restaurant manager who was excellent!) suggested to move some tables so we can sit closer to the breakfast buffet as requested by me. "
