“Wonderful stay. Hotel is clean, service is good. Complimentary tickets to theme parks are bonus. Excellent breakfast!”

“We'd a bad experience as first because the every night music noise created by Irish pub which is opposite to our hotel. It started from night till 3-4 am every night. We can't resist even having ear block while our kids can't fall sleep all night. The next night, thanks for the hotel mgr, Ms Gurjar, we were moved to another suite which is fabulous and sleep well. Overall, hotel room is much bigger than average and is closed to every theme park (without 5 min drive by uber). Highly recommend.……

“We love to stay here. But the check in room we'v been waiting for late fm 3pm to 4:45pm. Other fm late to get the room. Other than this, it was a great time to stay this hotel”

“Almost no hot water supply. The sanitary fittings are loosed. The water flow rate is extremely low. The washing machine was not working. Air-con is also not really you can control the temperature. This is the hotel you should try and other 3-star hotel you will find them nice. Extremely disappointed and swear to God will not come back again”

“This is a lovely hotel, and the staff were great. It has a striking lobby, in a great location. The roof top infinity pool (adults only) was lovely, and always quite quiet. Unfortunately, the main pool was closed and annoyingly it was due to scheduled refurbishment works but we were not told until the day we arrived and it was closed the whole week we were there. We don’t have children so wasn’t too bad for us, but we did both get a complimentary breakfast at the buffet when we complained.……
