「No tienen facilidades para embarazada. Para el desayuno la tostadora no estaba en condiciones, jugos a temperatura ambiente y no tenían hielera para esa área. Las “atracciones” es aparte y apenas funcionaban o había que solicitar servicio para cada atracción y se esperaba tanto que los niños se cansaban de esperar. La facilidad mejor disponible eran las piscinas, que para una la barra era hasta las 5pm. El restaurante era hasta las 10pm y cuando fuimos a las 8pm ya abrían cerrados. La pizzería...

「It's definitely a beautiful location. It's more of a lay back hotel. No music and no activity for there guests other than to be at the beach. The activity that was scheduled for the Noche de San Juan was terrible. Very boring 😞. Food at the Palma restaurant was good. The other restaurant was closed which I found not acceptable specially when you have guests the entire week. I feel that the expense was not worth it since we were bored due to lack of activities.」

「Staff cleans the room daily. Very comfortable rooms and very peaceful hotel. Parking outside the facility under tree shades.Many surrounding areas are abandoned. Absolutely no entertainment. Ice available only if you go to the restaurant and pay 50 cents. Pool was nice.」

「The service is very poor, and the whole building is closed! The air conditioner is very cold! If you are not allowed to transfer, you will be fined 250 dollars. This fine and that fine are simply stealing money. Cheap is cheap, but there are too many other expenses.」

Pero en respecto a todo lo demás estuvo excelente la estadía.」

「Not many people the beaches not that great it's not white sand it's dark sand kind of a rocky type of Beach big ways the pool is very clean as it hot tub tennis court basketball lifeguards don't mess with you and there's things to drink if you bother the weighted to come to you they don't bother you they don't push drinks on you but if they see anyone they'll come to you overall pretty nice and quiet be prepared to pay a lot to park for your car」

「It was a good Hotel for Business meetings and quick stays. The amenities were not great if you dont go to the Casino. The pool is good, but the food a beverage services are only aftes 5pm which is inconvinient. The breakfast is great.」

「Our suite was in the pool area. Other guests mistook it for a pool house and tried to enter our room. They also sat right in front of our room and visited. No privacy. We were only issued one key so my husband had to lock me in the room while he was out by pool and I showered. Afterwards I realized the door didn’t open from the inside, and that I was locked in the room. In addition, my husband got bit by a spider while we were sleeping.
