It's a cute house in a quiet area. For the most part it was peaceful. The bedroom was comfortable, but my friend slept on the futon in the living room and found yhe seam between sections a bit uncomfortable. Once we figured out parking, it was fine, but the first night, we got in late and parked to allow a pick up truck space to get out, but a van pulled in and I could not get to my driver seat. Instructions letting guests know about the vehicles and to move way to the right. But other than that, it was a nice place.

The property is well located within a few blocks of most everything in Yellow Springs. It is two rooms plus bathroom and well decorated and maintained. One thing to be aware of is that there is no microwave but there is a washer/dryer, small frig, and toaster oven. The bathroom is a 3/4 with a shower, toilet, sink and plenty of towels. The TV is smart and surprisingly has access to numerous stations including many premium ones. It is also handicap accessible. Yellow Springs is a charming small village and a pleasant escape from the redness of Ohio.

Lovely residential property, private entrance from the main house with a comfy outdoor sitting area for guests. My first time in yellow springs and I totally fell in love with the town. Jon was very kind and incredibly helpful with check in. Space was clean and well stocked, they even provided light breakfast snacks! Wifi process was easy, and Roku worked great. Hosts had a binder explaining all of the specifics. We also appreciated the off-street parking!

We were very pleased with our stay! The only “challenge” was a delay in the response to communication on the day we were checking in. We reached out early in the day and only after trying four hours later did we get a response. Really not a big deal, but worth noting. The space was perfect for us…plenty of pods for Keurig, a few snacks and a nice folder of information including food recommendations. We will definitely stay here again.

Communication was great. Nicely decorated interior and very up to date. Some noise from owners area as they walked around at night, but not too distracting and to be expected when guest area adjoins. Downtown YS walkable although we drove due to the heat. We were able to easily park 2 cars on the driveway. Appreciated the tips on dining in the binder. Thanks!

Overall, the property was very nice. The host communicated well; it was clean; the refrigerator was larger than expected; there were snacks; it was easy to find and access; and it had off-street parking. The downsides were (1) that there were two other apartments in the building with long-term tenants. The tenants were quiet, but if you're not used to thin-walled apartment living, you'll notice that (2) some of the listed amenities were missing, specifically the microwave and the hair dryer, and (3) some of the pictures were inaccurate, specifically the table was different and not as nice.Still, I would recommend staying here because of the "pros" and the location. Yellow Springs is such a nice town.
