“No staff at night. No security. Doors were left unlocked.
A homeless guy slept on the front entrance couch 2 nights we were there and helped himself to breakfast. Staff were told nothing was done about it. It’s a health and safety concern for fire and security. Will never stay there again.”

“We booked 2 rooms online having never been to the hotel.
So upon arrival we checked into the rooms and immediatly noted a foul smell and loose ceiling tiles. The odour was a musty mouldy smell.
I had a discussion with the manager he advised me that nothing was wrong with the rooms and some people are just too fussy when it comes to smells?
He refused a refund and said we had to pay for 2 rooms for 2 nights as is their policy.
We did not stay.”
