“We asked for a room off of the Main Street to keep the noise levels down and it was better but still a good bit of street noise. Hotel is nice and Bernie’s is excellent. Ten is supposed to be an upscale dining experience however the furniture is very very outdated and uncomfortable.”

“I actually loved the location and that it was in the middle of a hospital center. It made me feel safe as a solo traveler. The breakfast is great and there’s also a really nice attendant that takes care of things and is there if you need any help. The rooms are clean, spacious, and the bed is super comfortable. But, my favorite part about the whole place is Ashley! She works the front desk and is amazing. She really gave me the best impression on the place and anytime I come back through this……

“The front desk person who ran the shuttle was very kind and helpful. Never felt like I was a bother at all. The room was iffy. There was no screen in the window. The room was EXTREMELY tiny (I dont know that 2 people could both fit in the room). The shower was dirty (the soap from the last person was still in there) and it was VERY VERY LOUD. “We did not use any amenities. The front desk staff was polite, and helpful. The room was lovely and clean. Wonderful location to get around Billings. It helps that the property is new. There was no complimentary breakfast nor swimming pool.”

“The room we were in had a large, visible red stain all over the carpet by the daybed that wasn’t cleaned. The daybed itself was covered in stains, and not cleaned at all. When I pulled it out I found garbage inside it. Next to the daybed itself the floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed or tended to in quite some time. In the bathroom, there was no soap whatsoever, not for the sink or shower. I had to get soap, towels, pool towels (because nobody was tending to that) from the front desk……
