“I loved that use of the pool next door was included in our stay and the mini golf too. Uber eats/dominoes access was simple and easy. Excellent IGA and cafe and liquor store walking distance. Close to multiple tourist attractions in Ballarat. Loved it. 5 stars except our air con spat some brown ice on us on the low setting. Overall loved it.”

“Positives- Clean, spacious, older building, easy selfcheckin, perfectly placed short stroll to train station and main road/eateries, plenty of milk for cuppas. Negatives - thin walls and floors so can hear adjacent people, television could not pick up signal at all, secondary wotif messaging service did not work, there's a cutoff timer for the spa so you can't use it after 8pm.”

“Not up to the standard expected from a Stayz property. Advised by Heather we couldn't check in until 3pm so it was 'perfect'. However on checking in, it was not perfect. Property not advertised as a garage conversion, (low ceilings, dark), but rooms large. Great bathrooms. Several trip hazards in house. Kitchen - haphazard. Not clean, unsafe electrical items (small oven/cooker) sitting on top of microwave and leaning against wall. Bathroom taps came off/loose. Outdoor area in the driveway next……

“The property is starting to show its age but is still fully functional. Whilst it has a sleeping capacity of nine, there is only one bathroom and dining capacity for six. It is quite close to a busy rail line which may be a problem for light sleepers. ”

“Immaculate home with quality, comfortable furnishings and everything you need to feel at home. We all had the best sleeps (sleep ins, actually) and enjoyed the close proximity to town and shopping/cafes. Despite the central location and being close to rail line, we found it to be a quiet neighbourhood. Communication with the host was excellent prior to and during the stay. We highly recommend this property for families or groups of adults on a trip away.”
