Yeoksam Artnouveau City Hotel and Residence
Check in was through kiosk but staff had to home help anyways, so why not just have a check in person? The kiosk to check out also didn’t work, and no staff was present. I ended up dropping the keys in a box that said to drop keys.

HOTEL THE BOTANIK SEWOON MYEONGDONG
My 4th stay at this hotel. Ideally located to walk to many sites but also 2 main subway lines are within a few minutes walk. Rooms are very well equipped including washing machine, LG steam cupboard and microwave. It’s my go to hotel when staying in Seoul

My second time of visiting as a solo female traveller from the U.K. checking in was amazing and staff friendly. The solo room was perfect includes a fridge. In the lobby is a microwave. The eco clean is great but they still left clean towels etc outside the door. Would’ve liked the option of another ...
