Situated in the city centre and a short walk from all attractions, this modern and recently renovated apartment offers the perfect base for your stay in the city. 5 mins from Saryan Street & right next door to Sergey Parajanov Museum.

Our apartment is thoughtfully designed to offer the convenience of self-check-in, with keyless entry and a smart lock, allowing you to effortlessly arrive and settle in at your own pace.

Designed to accommodate (sleep) up to 4 adults, the apartment features a spacious open-plan living room and kitchen area, perfect for socializing. The large master bedroom offers a king-size bed, while the second bedroom, separated by sliding glass doors, provides a private queen-size bed (The sofa should not be used for overnight sleeping).

The bathroom boasts a walk-in shower with fantastic water pressure, ensuring a refreshing start to your day. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine for your convenience. We provide bed linen and bath towels.

Stay connected with our high-speed WiFi (200mbps), and enjoy the cosy warmth of central heating during winter months. The apartment features an air conditioner that effectively cools the entire apartment. Additional amenities include a hairdryer, drying rack, iron, ironing board, smart speaker, and smart Android TV for your entertainment.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
- STRICTLY NO SMOKING inside the apartment or outside in the hallway. The apartment is equipped with a cigarette/vape and noise monitor, that will alert us immediately. For smoking a strict $500 penalty will be imposed and you will be requested to vacate the apartment immediately.
- No loud music or partying is allowed at any time! But then, there is no need to bring the party home - you have everything you need just outside the door!
- For added security, a Nest Doorbell security video camera is installed at the entrance door, doubling as a doorbell. It activates and records when motion is detected, ensuring your peace of mind.

Great place and hosts

We stayed for 2.5 weeks at the Centro apartment for a family reunion and it was truly wonderful. The place is clean and well maintained. The communication with the hosts was easy and quick. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to my friends!
