“We have stayed here several times. Unfortunately this visit was not as good as previous. There were issues with noisy guests above us. The place had an odor and communication was difficult with a few of the front desk guests. The beds are small and not that comfortable. There is a main control for the AC which they wanted to set at an unusually high temperature; it would also switch down/off at night. “Above and beyond. The staff was so sweet and the breakfast staff went above and beyond with my gluten allergies. Day one with language barrier and using google translation I was able to let the staff know I don't want any food with any type of sauce just to be safe. The next morning they made me special breakfast separate from the service bar. I don't eat much in Japan but having a full breakfast in the morning really helped as would fill up with fruits and vegetables through out the day. We……

“Very nice location next to the beach. Fresh towels at door everyday. Exquisite japanese style bathroom. 10 min walk from station. Clean and spacious room. Some of the outside tiling was damaged but otherwise wonderful hotel.”
