スタッフの方々はとても感じが良く、部屋も綺麗に掃除がゆき届いて快適に過ごせました。ただ、外食や買い物に出かける際、徒歩だとホテルの前の車の通りが激しい大通り横断歩道なしの場所を渡らなくてはならず、危険を感じました。

フロントの対応に感激しました。

旅行から帰って間もなく、ホテルのフロントの方から部屋に忘れ物があったという電話をいただき、すぐにレターパックで送っていただきました。対応の速さ、親切な応対におどろきました。（まだ、忘れ物をしたことさえ気が付いていないところでしたので） 朝食のバイキングもアクリル板の設置、アルコール消毒、使い捨て手袋等、コロナ対策がしっかりされていて安心して食事ができました。部屋の清潔さやベッドも問題なく快適にすごせました。ユニットバスの洗面所が別のスペースだったらさらに良いと思いますが、宿泊料金から見たらとても良いと思います。

コロナ禍の中の四連休。菅首相の秋田湯沢近くの横手のおかげか非常に混み合っていました。久しぶりの満室で従業員の方は一生懸命働かれていましたが、サービスが追いついていない状況に感じました。

エレベーター脇の部屋

得値な訳でも無いのに、エレベータ脇の部屋が割り当てられた。 避難MAPを見ても明らかにこの部屋だけ形がいびつ。 狭く圧迫感があり、落ち着かない。 満室という訳でも無いのに酷い仕打ちを受けた感じがした。 チェックイン時にひと声あっても良かったのではないか。

横手インターの近くにある利便性の高いビジネスホテル

横手市周辺のホテルはツインベッドのある部屋が非常に少なく、こちらが該当したので今回利用させてもらいました。浴室の壁のど真ん中に髪の毛が１本ついていたことを除けば、とてもきれいで快適に過ごせるお部屋でした。クローゼット内のハンガー掛けが２つに分かれており、ハンガーの数が多めだったのは非常にポイントが高いです！あと、深夜まで利用できる人工温泉と、ロビーに備えているドトールコーヒーが嬉しかったです。近くにコンビニはありませんがイオンがあります。秋田ふるさと村も近いです。

Well Equipped Cozy Stay Outside of Yokote Center

This hotel provided us with everything we needed during our one night stay. The room was cozy (by Western standards) but was very comfortable and well equipped. The staff were nice, friendly, and spoke English. The included breakfast was a nice perk. It's a bit removed from the town center so the immediate surroundings are not too exciting.

排水管を点検するべきである

トイレから夜中じゅう排水音が何時間もして寝不足。バスの排水も悪く、管に何か詰まってるのではないかと疑う。早急に点検して改修するでき。
