The outside of the condos could use a good pressure wash/coat of paint to match the cleanliness of the inside. Inside the condo and hotel were spotless. The hotel was average. The staff were friendly but couldn't help with a ouple of requests. In a rainy place as guam, the hotel didn't have umbrellas to lend to guests. We needed a knife, even when there's a restaurant at the hotel, we were told "we don't carry those".

這間屋很舊，煮食用具又舊，沒有水煲，我住了3天，沒有人做清潔，沒更換厠紙，傢私電器產品太舊或無法使用，坐厠水力不足，不能冲下厠紙，花灑頭被水垢塞滿，只能出好少水。有一間主人房張床床辱好像紙皮一樣硬，抽油煙機不能抽煙，當煎一片 肉就全屋都是煙。失敗之中的失敗。泳池像浴缸般大，不能容納5人。還有更多不能盡錄。。。
