「Great location. Just a note that there is no AC, the windows only crack open and there was only one small fan. Another fan would be nice for when the temp gets above 30C. No usb ports so bring regular power cord.」

「Excellent location. With the number of occupiers a second bathroom would be a welcome addition to the property. The premises could also do with a spruce up, whilst clean was a little run down in appearance.」
