Awesome Beach House!

This place is perfect to enjoy all the things York and the surrounding area has to offer. The beaches/restaurants are walkable and all the other attractions are just a short drive away. The owner was responsive to all our questions. The house was very clean and well put together. You can tell the build was well thought out and the craftsmanship was exceptional. This place was perfect for our family and can easily accommodate young children. We hope to stay here again next year!

Fantastic

We were in town for our son’s wedding at the Cliff House and this house was perfect for our family. Evening was clean and new. We could walk to short sands for coffee and lots of options for morning runs. Rick was fantastic to work with. We ended up coming in a day early and Rick was extremely accommodating on getting that done. Would definitely say again!

Beautiful home!

You could tell how new this property was with every detail in the home and the cleanliness! Also host thought of leaving many helpful things that we didn’t need to bring (all bedding, bath towels, beach towels, wagon, nice beach chairs). Our group of five (four adults and a 4 year old) had a great stay and had plenty of room to spread out. Hope to return again in the future!

Beautiful Home

We had a beautiful stay in Rick’s home in York Maine! The location was great, close to all but also felt private. Rick was a great host and was easy to communicate with. The house was one of the most well equipped houses I have stayed in! Beach towels by the front door, nice beach chairs and a beach buggy just to name a few. Kitchen had very nice equipment as well. The house was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely consider staying there again and I would recommend to my family and friends.

Wonderful week at York Beach and at this townhome. Appreciated the provided beach towels and beach chairs. Walk to Short Sands was manageable (even for a stage 4 cancer patient in our family). Would definitely stay here again. Quiet neighborhood setting but walking distance to beach and shops.

Perfect House!

I can’t say enough positive things about this house! Well designed, super clean, well laid out. We were there with two other couples and the spaces were perfect. I am a lodging snob and this house exceeded my expectations! Super fast response when I had a question. Would absolutely stay here again!

We’ve rented in York Beach for 22 years & this is a fantastic property! It is very new & spotlessly clean, with comfy beds, nice decor & a lot of extras to make your stay comfortable. As a small group we didn’t use the downstairs family room, but it’s a great extra space for a larger group. The neighborhood is very quiet, and it’s a very short walk into town and to Short Sands beach, & just a bit longer walk to Long Sands Beach. The check in & checkout process was simple & the owner very nice, letting us enter early since the house was ready. We love YB and I highly recommend this rental! Would definitely stay again.
