“nice hotel”

“Hôtel propre et bien entretenu, ce qui est très apprécié. Par contre, les installations et le décor sont un peu vieillots et mériteraient une mise à jour pour offrir une expérience plus moderne. Malgré tout, le séjour demeure confortable et agréable grâce à la propreté des lieux.”

“The Staff were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. The beds were Sooooooo comfortable. The only thing I was disappointed in was the breakfast. The eggs were almost like a puree, the muffins were incredibly dry and the sausages were rubbery. ”

“Staff was awesome they upgraded our room with no extra cost. Waved our fee for our meal because there was a mix up and it had to be remade. The whole hotel was immaculate and very accommodating. I would highly recommend it to anyone.”

“IHG hotels are always reliable, and this one was no exception. The hotel is located in a quiet area, and everything was clean and tidy. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. However, the soundproofing was poor — I could clearly hear footsteps from the room above. In addition, the air conditioning was quite noisy, which affected the overall comfort of the stay.”

“Bathroom was dirty, room was cramped and not cleaned, smelled like cigarette smoke. Area didn't feel safe. We checked out within 20mins of checking in. Absolutely a waste of time and money. Staff refused any type of refund or help what so ever.”

“Hard to find, GPS would guide you through a jungle path, you need a Jeep to pass. No breakfast provided! If you come late in the evening, no body to ask, you need to read a note on their pub door to find out where the suites is and where everything is!”

“The motel is very outdated. The room smelled of heavy smoke. It was a non smoking room. Had to ask for towels both days I was there. No service in the room for the next day. The shower spay was awful with no adjustments. The room needs a complete over haul. It was a last minute booking, I will look elsewhere the next time.”
