Welcoming hosts with ensuite bathroom and delicious English breakfast. Good for those looking to see the country side. It is one hour drive from York or Whitby with well maintained roads and view.

Lovely break

Really great hosts. Lovely little village and great hospitality from the owners. Cannot fault at all thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

This property is on a working farm. The village is small and out of the way but there is a very nice Pub/ restaurant 100 yds. from the B&B. Sue and her husband could not have been better hosts. Sue even showed us around the farm a bit. The rooms were spacious and very presented. Breakfast was excellent and the conversation was great. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Great accommodation, super comfy bed fab breakfast

We werevery pleased with our accommodation, the bed of a super comfy, the room was clean and tidy, our hosts were very friendly and very welcoming to our two dogs. The dogs were allowed in the dining room with us, which is a great bonus and breakfast was really excellent all cooked to order.

Fantastic stay at this b&b. Sue and Adam were extremely accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable of the whole area. The Royal Oak pub was a two minute walk and fabulous food. Room was clean and homely. Breakfast was suberb!

Superb!

We had a fabulous stay at manor farm. The room was perfect for us and our two dogs. Sue was extremely friendly and she couldn’t do enough for us. Will definitely stay again when visiting the area!

The host is such a lovely warm welcoming lady. The double room en suite was comfortable and dog friendly. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection of local produce on the menu. Location was excellent for local excursions. The village was very friendly. The local pub was dog friendly. Views over the North York National Park were breathtaking. Great value for money. Would highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay, the rooms were small but cosy, to be honest they are perfect for one person, not much room to move around with two people! The bed was probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on, with a quilt and two huge fluffy blankets, it got pretty cold at night, and we stayed in august. Unfortunately the tv wasn’t working but it didn’t stop us from loving our stay, the owners are lovely, kind and friendly and cook a wonderful breakfast! We are definitely going to stay here again, thank you for such a lovely holiday

We couldn't have asked for better hosts Adam and Sue were friendly, helpful and very pleasant. Our room was clean and bright. We loved the tranquility of the farm and fresh country air.

We spent a very nice couple of days here. Sue is lovely and full of any local knowledge you might want to know. The breakfast was great and plenty of it. But we did find the room we were in was a bit on the small side and quite dated. And we couldn't get onto the wifi at all. But we had a lovely time and our host was lovely. Would definitely go back.
