“This accomodation has been the best we’ve experienced so far on our trip. The bed was large and comfortable , the living area and kitchen were just right and the bathroom with bath was wonderful . It was lovely and quiet in spite of being close to shops. It was easy walking distance to bus station and pubs. Overall a terrific place to base ourselves whilst exploring Yorkshire. And we loved the heated floors☺️”

“We spent 2 nights in York and were very happy with the accommodation. Communication with Stuart was excellent and we appreciated his recommendations, sent to us just after booking, of places to eat and things to do. Having them in advance allowed us time to plan our stay better. Check in was very easy and we found the house and places to park easily. “Absolutely amazing stay in the Garden House. The photos don't do it justice, a great space for relaxing, catching up with friends and partying. We were a group of 8, and having separate beds with all bedrooms with ensuite was ideal. “Colton Loft was very clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities that one would wish, situated in a beautiful quiet village with the helpful host living just next door. “A smart little house within short walking distance of all the city centre attractions. Well equipped and decorated tastefully throughout. We found it a little draughty in places but it was a particularly cold weekend! The only criticism was that the welcome pack was extremely basic and we felt it was well below the standard of the house itself. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend this property.”
