“This was by far our worst rental experience. The house was dirty on arrival — dusty floors, filthy bathrooms — and the caretaker offered to clean it privately for an extra fee. The Wi-Fi didn’t work because the host hadn’t paid the provider, and it was cut off again before checkout with no response from the host.We booked for 11 people but only received 8 towels. The cleaner offered more towels and laundry access only for extra cash, which we reported, but the host never gave us access. The……

“Jackie was an amazing host! She gave us good recommendations of things to do and places to avoid as well. She was very good on helping when it was needed for things with the house. Like garage fence got stuck or we ran out of gas and they quickly changed the propane tank. She was very welcoming and very responsive! The house is beautiful! Rooms are nice and spacious! The family enjoyed the pool a lot! Definitely recommend! And hope to go back again. ”

“This was a gem of find in this area of Honduras. The accommodations were more than comfortable and appropriate. The best part of it all was Linda who extended herself to help us with anything pertaining to the house that was needed. Extra trash bags, picking up the garage bags, and supplying us with paper towels. The bathrooms were amazing! Super super clean and updated. That was such a great treat. One thing I’m looking forward to them improving is for both bathrooms to have hot water. Right……
