"宿は清潔で、スタッフも皆さん親切丁寧です。ちょっとしたことでも笑顔で対応して下さいます。 露天風呂は温度低め、サウナは故障中(男湯)。時期的にもう少し湯温が高いと嬉しい。脱衣所の扇風機は埃が凄い。 部屋も脱衣所もゴミ箱にゴミ袋は設置されておらず、ゴミ箱に直接入れる形。衛生面を考えるならビニール袋が欲しい所。 浴衣はサイズの割に長さは短め。 食事は朝夕共にバイキングではなく、指定席で落ち着いて頂ける。野菜中心ですが、量も多く、朝夕どちらも大満足です。 お酒の種類はあまり多くない。 近くに泊まる際は候補にしたい１宿でした。"

"We took japanese style bedroom but the futons were super thin so uncomfortable. The private onsen was a bit smelly making the experience less enjoyable. For the travel to reach the place, we struggle little to go by bus. For the positive, the staff was amazing and helpful, the breakfast has lot of varieties for everyone. The room was super clean, spacious and very beautiful. Spending time with dogs around was lovely... what an amazing concept hotel."

"Booked to stay here for an authentic Ryokan Onsen experience on our Japan holiday. This was our first time at both a ryokan and an Onsen so we don’t have an awful lot to compare it to on those aspects.     "This is the best location so far!! 2 min walk from Takayama Station! Super convenient and surrounded by local shops and restaurants. Family Mart is across the street for late night snacks. Really enjoyed the hotel with lots of space and amenities! Strongly and highly recommended. Staffs are extremely nice and speaks English! "
