“My friend and I had a very nice stay we were both impress on how exceptionally clean the place is. It looked just liked the pictures. The deck going into the apartment was very cute. We wish we had more time to enjoy this feature. Large TV in living room. Fast WiFi. Couch very comfortable. Air conditioning very cold. (A good thing.) Nice hot water in bathroom! We were very surprised how how quite the house was. Kevin the host was very prompt with answering our questions. Would be very……

“I’ll definitely keep this place in mind for the next time I need to visit my Youngstown warehouse. The owner was nice enough to turn the AC on before I got there. I can’t remember the last time I slept that well. It’s unfortunate I only needed the place for one night. I could’ve used more sleep like that. Owner was polite and prompt with responses.”

“This property is a Gem among any properties near Boardman/Youngstown area. The attention of the owners to every tiny detail was apparent throughout my husband’s and my stay for a reunion of South High School (80th!) It is the upstairs unit of a two story house. The folks on the first level were quiet. It’s within a few minutes of Southern Park Mall, Forest Lawn Cemetery, the original Handel’s Ice Cream and only about 15 minutes from Downtown. The inside is designed for comfort. The AC in windows……

“Excellent property in all areas such as cleanliness, comfort, and size. It had many special touches that you don’t find with other VRBO properties. Host was wonderful and very responsive. We would highly recommend this property.”

“Total value for what we got! The staff were welcoming, which made our stay even better. Enjoyed our time together!”

“Great place to spend a week, close to stores and main roads.”

“This property was nothing as advertised. We left and found a hotel room accommodations for the 8 of us. We noticed the AC wasn’t adequate as soon as we opened the door. The floor was sticky in the kitchen and the whole house seemed dirty. The temperature was 80 degrees inside. We left to get dinner after adjusting the thermostat down and returned 90 minutes later to find that the house somehow felt hotter. We never stayed a night. None of the pictures online were a true representation……

“It needs one of those new wall air conditioners, the floor one was not adequate and very loud, but other then that very good”

“Overall the experience was excellent, but there were a few issues that I wanted to share. Bring a sewer line splitter, because sites one and two share one sewer connection, or just alternate usage like I did with the neighbor camper. Backing up into site one or two is difficult but possible when there is a camper already their.”
