“The lady at the front desk was totally incompetent and had no idea what she was doing both at check-in and checkout.
No third floor rooms available secondary to water leaking issues from Rain.
No hair conditioner in shower.
Shower, dirty, and grimy.

“Check in is at 3, got there around 2:55. Had to call for staff to come to front desk after waiting at least 10 minutes. She wasn’t very welcoming but work with able. Parking was great. We get to the room and it’s HOT. The air conditioner says 65, so we brought it down to 60. While waiting & getting ready for our night I notice how dirty and poorly cleaned things were. “When we first checked in, we received keys to a room that was not cleaned. The beds were unmade towels all on floor in bathroom. However the staff responded fast and got us another room”
