「A boutique hotel that was truly awesome! I contacted the owner to alert him of my ETA the evening before & he rapidly replied with my room # & provided all necessary access info. Manteka Logies is very well located, virtually beside the tourist office & the Flanders Field Museum. The accommodation is spacious, modern and very comfortable. It was the ideal place for exploring Ypres and the surrounding battlefields.」

「Lovely hotel in the centre of Ypres, close enough to the Menin Gate to hear The Last Post if you leave the window open. Staff are great, really helpful and the breakfast is awesome. Bonus points for the bed being big enough to play tennis on. This was our second visit and we're due back there at the end of this week.」

「We arrived rather late (after 9.00pm), was a bit tricky to find in the dark, but we managed it! Greeted by Hilde - lovely lady. Took us to our rooms, which were lovely & comfortable & clean. Allowed full use of the lounge & kitchen. There were 3 of us (adults). Very spacious. Shower lovely. Breakfast choice amazing. We stayed here having visited Bruges. Would definitely return & recommend. 」

「Talbot House is an experience. The common areas (living room, dining room) invite exploration, The English garden is quite beautiful. The continental breakfast was good. The bedrooms are attractive and comfortable, each equipped with a sink. There is one bathroom per floor and it is shared by all staying on that floor.」
