“Stayed 4 nights. Enjoyed the hotel. Spacious hotel room, friendly front desk, especially Arthur who was very welcoming and helpful. Good breakfast. Plentiful free parking. Only negative was road noise since the hotel is close to I-10. Overall very good experience”

“The room the hotel gave us was very noisy. When the upstairs people used water in my room, there was a very loud sound of running water coming from the pipes. My child was woken up several times a night. I reported the situation to the front desk and played the recording to them, but I didn't get any help and the front desk was very indifferent.”
