「I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this small apartment conveniently located in downtown Downieville. Great views of the town below and surrounding mountains. The lodging was very clean and comfortable with a quiet atmosphere conducive to relaxation. As previous reviewers have mentioned the driveway up to the house is very steep so make sure you have decent tires and put your car in low gear before heading up the road! I would be happy to stay here again next time I make it to Downieville.」

「This rustic getaway was amazing. Such a beautiful setting. It was wonderful to have our coffee out on the deck or sit around the fire pit in the evening. A pretty view from every window. The unit itself is perfectly appointed. We could move into this place for a month and be happy. Thanks so much for a relaxing stay. If we could give it 10 stars, we would. 」
