「This was our first VRBO rental and we are happy to say it was an EXCELLENT experience. The property was exactly as promoted, clean, well-appointed, and in a very nice neighborhood. 「We stayed her for A weekend in Nevada City to enjoy the Victorian Christmas!! The location is perfect! We could easily walk to everything downtown, the house is at the start of Victorian Christmas! 「I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this small apartment conveniently located in downtown Downieville. Great views of the town below and surrounding mountains. The lodging was very clean and comfortable with a quiet atmosphere conducive to relaxation. As previous reviewers have mentioned the driveway up to the house is very steep so make sure you have decent tires and put your car in low gear before heading up the road! I would be happy to stay here again next time I make it to Downieville.」
