"Besides the rooms were amazing, clean, and functional. what stood out the most was how each of the staff were kind, understanding, accomodating and helpful. They spoke to you like a human and not just another customer. I will always book with them. Love the updates with what they have done so far, can't wait till they are complete. "

The bathroom lighting is not great for women when trying to put on makeup, etc. And there is no AC vent in there either. Also, the showerheads are never strong enough. Takes longer and uses more water when they arent steong. "

"Everything from service to cleanliness was wonderful! The only disappointing things were small, and that was that the hot tub was out of service and the coffee provided was not great. Those are both things that can be worked around. Thank you for providing a great place to lay out heads while dealing with family stuff!"
