"We had the BEST time staying at Ocean Rivera Paradise. We stayed in the Privilege junior swim out suite. Our room was right across from the Privilege pool. Our butler, whose name was Pool, was the best. We casually mentioned it was my birthday while we were there and he had a birthday tiara, sash and balloons waiting at our table for dinner that night. Then when we got back to our room, it was decorated with balloons and streamers, along with a dessert plate that had happy birthday written on it. He reserved lounge chairs for us at the beach pool, and checked in with us on his day off. All of the service was excellent. I met Ellie (waitress) at the beach pool. She remembered my name and drink the next day at the Privilege pool. She was awesome and very personable. The food at this resort was the best we have ever had! We had an 80 minute couples massage at the spa that was wonderful. We will definitely be back!"
