"The hotel was was really clean the food was okay. The restaurant food portion is really small. The huge property smells like the beach put the smelly smell. Definitely book through hotels.com you receive credits that you would to pay for bowling, escape room, golf, baseball, spa, & laser tags to our extra fees but through hotel you only pay 30%. A lot of walking through the hotel can stress that enough 😭! Very close to the airport. Believe it or not uber was actually good to get around in. Please bring cash can’t stress that enough either."

"Rooms were just okay nothing out of the ordinary, they do need some updates. Staff was friendly and food was a 3 out of 5. Has two pools and a kiddy section which is nice for smaller children."

"The room was clean and the balcony was view was beautiful. The beach had a lot of seaweed and the odor was bad. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There’s too many sales people on the beach, it was hard to relax and when checking out of the hotel more sales people. Trying to sell you another vacation."

"This was our first experience in Cancun and also our first at an all inclusive. We were immediately greeted with helpful staff and champagne and had everything explained to us. All staff were very friendly and courteous and we loved it. My only issue is the pools close early at 1800 but they would usually let people mingle until 1830-1845. Beach access was perfect. Again this was our first time and we loved it but we have nothing to compare too. Would book here again"

"We had a wonderful experience. The staff are amazing! The room was gorgeous. The pools are endless and food and drinks were very good for an all-inclusive. I suggest getting out early if you want a chair or spend a little extra for a cabana and massage. We felt very safe and plan to be back in a just a few months!"
