"Loved the resort everything was great food was excellent . More of a family resort less rowdy parties. I enjoyed my stay but one thing pissed me off is when they tried to give me gift but really it was them trying to sell me a membership to come back as premium guest it’s so annoying why can’t these people be happy that we are spending our time and money there at the moment . Overall 9/10"

"Great place to stay if you are not high maintenance. Friendly accommodating staff. Building is worn but very clean. Saturday night music starts at 9;00 is fire. Loved them, great salsa tunes and to dance. You bring the party. Drinks are yummy bartenders have their own delicious mixes. Folks who served well are Gerry and Fernando. Will definitely be back"

"I loved how much there was to do at this resort. Truly was something to do for all ages. However I will say, don’t believe the reviews saying this is a small resort! Be prepared to walk! We weren’t expecting this place to have so many different activities, pools, buildings, shops, etc. A tip for the resort, advertise more of your pools, beaches, buildings. We were blown away by what we continued to find through out our stay. I think the resort would get even more buisness if mote pictures of the place were taken. Our one complaint would have to be on the food. This resort was so awesome but I think the food could be better. We definitely left full every night but the whole week we felt like we would just eat the same foods over and over again. But no one got sick from the food! Secondly I really wish we were given the option to bring our leftovers to our room to eat later. We wasted soo much food because they wouldn’t give us boxes"

"The hotel was lovely my problem here is with Expedia. As a platinum member I was given NO reason why I was moved from my original hotel, I feel I was downgraded. Expedia has yet to apologize or explain the reasoning. I was booked in a suite in the family area of Hotel Xcaret Mexico, I was told by Expedia I was in the upgraded adult area, this was not the fact. My original property was a 5 star all adult resort. I HAD to upgrade my stay which cost me $2000 additional dollars to be in the adult upgraded casa at Hotel Xcaret Mexico. Expedia this is unacceptable. If you want an adult resort vacation this property is NOT for you. Expedia should have relocated me to their other 2 all Adult resort locations.."
