"Wonderful property, perfect for a week-long team retreat with 15 guests. Plenty of space to spread out and also areas to come together as a group. The local Samson Waters property management team (Marina and Jair) is super responsive and immediately addressed all requests. They also made several recommendations for us including activities, a caterer (Chef Ceci is awesome!), and baby furniture rental company. Great overall stay and experience!"

"Just finished a wonderful stay with friends. Lizette and Gino are gracious hosts. Communication was prompt and they were very helpful. Woke up to beautiful ocean views. Never needed ac as the ocean breeze kept the house temperature perfect for sleeping. Ended up falling in love with Chelem. "

"We had a lovely time here, this is a beautifully designed home with big sliding doors out to the pool and beach and sweet courtyard beside the stunning staircase ! The rooms are large, the beds are very comfortable. The wind can be very loud in some of the rooms. The kitchen was large, lovely and easy to use, pots were good, lots of tupperwear, knives adequate and lots of cutlery, but not a lot of mixing bowls etc. and not well stocked with food basics. Good to note - there is only a bar to sit...

"Relaxing and lovely spot, can’t beat the beautiful beach right out the door with pelicans floating by. Setting is definitely unique, but friendly and chill and the space very comfortable. In particular we really enjoyed the pool for our 2 year old. Some minor mishaps in communication ahead of check in but they were resolved with care and responsiveness, and we got to thoroughly enjoy the weekend. "
