Interior

• Bedroom: Open studio with queen-size Casper mattress, Parachute linens, blackout shades; Pack ’n Play or rollaway available on request.

• Bathroom: Spa-like with walk-in rain shower + additional outdoor shower; stocked with Public Goods toiletries + Parachute towels.

• Kitchen: Fully equipped — gas stove & oven, French press + drip coffee, locally roasted beans, cookware, Ziploc & storage containers, BBQ tools. Dining table for 4 inside + outdoor dining for 6.

• Living: Warm wood interiors, sectional sofa, Smart TV, reading nook, curated desert-inspired design.

The Neighborhood:

Yucca Mesa is situated within a short drive from the most popular attractions in the High Desert, offering an incredible combination of convenience and tranquility. During the day, you can explore nature in your own backyard, and at night, the stargazing can’t be beat.



This area is located just minutes from shopping and dining in Joshua Tree Village and Yucca Valley, and the drive to the West Entrance of Joshua Tree National Park takes about 18 minutes.

• Wake up and head to Joshua Tree Coffee Co., known for their famed coffee made from locally roasted beans

Getting Around:

While we are off a paved road, many roads in the high desert are dirt, so please take it slow. While a car is required to get around, a four wheel drive car is not, but note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain.



Other Things to Note:

• EVENTS & COMMERCIAL PHOTOSHOOTS: Are not permitted without prior approval, applicable permit and additional fees.



• DOGS: Your dog is welcome and there is a one time fee of $100. Please alert us in advance. Max of 2 dogs. No other types of animals are authorized.



• SOCIAL MEDIA: If you plan on sharing your experience on social media, please mention us!



• CELL SERVICE: Cell phone service availability and quality in the high desert varies by service provider. This is particularly true in the more remote areas of Joshua Tree, Pipes Canyon, and Pioneertown. Please be prepared by enabling wifi calling or downloading a VOIP program.



• ROAD CONDITIONS: Many roads are dirt, so please take it slow. A four wheel drive car is not required, but note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain



• CAMERA: This home has a security camera mounted on, and directed at the exterior of the home in order to monitor the quantity of cars on property so we may ensure compliance with local ordinances.
