“Parking was easy ”

“They ended up kicking me out cause they said they heard dogs. I did not have any animals. And this is after they voided the deposit and all extra fees cause they knew I used a coupon/reward points for this room and it ended up costing me no money so they kicked me out cause they knew I wasn't paying ”

“When I arrived I had to set in the parking lot for well over an hour waiting for a staff member to show up so I could check in. Then I get to my room to find an extremely outdated room that isn't fit for much more than an hourly rate motel. This is in fact a motel so I wasnt expecting anything great but this was beyond a bad experience this has all the makings of a stephen king novel. ”

“Smelled like moth balls when you stepped inside the elevator had an extremely strong order of marajuania the room smelt stale and there literally cockroaches crawling on the wall after sleeping for 3 hours exhausted from being at hospital near by with my father. My 73 year old mother and I were furious told front desk I was only offered another room and said they can’t control who rents a room!!!”
